TaskFlow ("the app", "we") is a personal productivity app — task flows, calendar, day planning, meeting notes and an AI assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. TaskFlow is operated by Denegra L.L.C-FZ (UAE).
What we collect

How your data is processed
Your content is stored on Microsoft Azure (data centers we operate in). AI features — transcription, meeting-note extraction, the assistant, and screenshot OCR — send the relevant text, audio or image to Microsoft Azure OpenAI to generate the result. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell your data.
Service providers we use
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, database, and AI processing.
- Apple — iOS subscriptions and receipts.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements.
- Stripe — web payment processing (if you subscribe on the web).
Each processes only what's needed for its function. We never receive your full card number.
Sharing with other people
Your content is private unless you share it. If you invite someone to a flow, or share a flow with your team, everyone on that flow can see its tasks, list items and files, and the names and email addresses of the others on it. Editors can also add and change them; viewers can only look. Team members can see each other's names and email addresses. When you invite someone, we send an invitation email to the address you entered.
Content in a shared flow is stored in the account of the person who owns the flow — including what others add to it. If you leave a flow, or its owner removes you, what you added stays in that flow. If the owner deletes their account, the flow and everything in it are deleted. If you share a list by public link, anyone with the link can view that list until you turn the link off. You can remove people, stop sharing, or leave a flow at any time.
Tracking & advertising
We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising. There are no third-party ad networks in TaskFlow.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your content in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, open Profile → Delete account in the app — it is immediate and permanent, and needs no request to us. You can also write to the address below if you would rather we did it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Children
TaskFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.

Verinin işlenmesi
İçeriğin Microsoft Azure üzerinde saklanır. AI özellikleri — transkripsiyon, toplantı-notu çıkarımı, asistan ve ekran görüntüsü OCR — ilgili metni, sesi veya görseli sonucu üretmek için Microsoft Azure OpenAI'ye gönderir. İçeriğini model eğitmek için kullanmaz, verini satmayız.
Başkalarıyla paylaşım
Sen paylaşmadıkça içeriğin yalnızca sana aittir. Bir akışa birini davet edersen ya da bir akışı ekibinle paylaşırsan, o akıştaki herkes akışın görevlerini, liste öğelerini ve dosyalarını, ayrıca akıştaki diğer kişilerin adını ve e-posta adresini görebilir. Düzenleyiciler bunları ekleyip değiştirebilir; görüntüleyiciler yalnızca bakabilir. Ekip üyeleri birbirinin adını ve e-posta adresini görebilir. Birini davet ettiğinde, girdiğin adrese bir davet e-postası göndeririz.
Paylaşılan bir akıştaki içerik, başkalarının eklediği dahil, akışın sahibinin hesabında saklanır. Bir akıştan ayrılırsan ya da sahibi seni çıkarırsa, eklediklerin o akışta kalır. Akışın sahibi hesabını silerse, akış ve içindeki her şey silinir. Bir listeyi herkese açık linkle paylaşırsan, linki kapatana kadar linke sahip olan herkes o listeyi görebilir. Kişileri çıkarabilir, paylaşımı durdurabilir ya da bir akıştan istediğin an ayrılabilirsin.
Takip & reklam
Seni başka uygulama/sitelerde takip etmeyiz ve verini reklam için kullanmayız. TaskFlow'da üçüncü taraf reklam ağı yoktur.
Saklama & hakların
Hesabın aktif olduğu sürece verin saklanır. İçeriğini istediğin an uygulamada düzenleyip silebilirsin. Hesabını ve tüm verilerini silmek için uygulamada Profil → Hesabı sil adımını izle — anında ve kalıcıdır, bize başvurman gerekmez. Tercih edersen aşağıdaki adresten de yazabilirsin. Yaşadığın yere göre erişim, düzeltme veya silme hakların olabilir.
Çocuklar
TaskFlow 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler yeni yürürlük tarihiyle burada yansıtılır.
